Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb Perfume : Pictures and Review

From the Company:
A floral explosion, a profusion of flowers that makes everything more positive. Viktor&Rolf designed a bottle cut like a multi-faceted diamond for their fragrance. Full-bodied and opulent, the Eau de Parfum explodes in a bouquet of sensations with its addictive floral notes which leave their trail, like a whirlwind that is distinctly couture. A millefleurs around the freesia, Centifolia rose, osmanthus and Sambac jasmine, supported by a background of patchouli.

When it comes to perfumes, the brand and packaging is the first thing I notice. I believe "Flowerbomb" was the first release of the Viktor & Rolf collection. The packing is simple yet sleek and classy. I love the logo flower, as well has the elegance of the bottle. The perfume itself smells wonderful, a blend of sweet flowers. I've come across many perfumes that are too overwhelming. Flowerbomb has the perfect chemistry and lasts 6-8 hours on me.

MAC Lipstick in Hot Gossip; Review and Swatch

Ever since my MAC "Gem of Roses" lipstick started to run out, I was on a search for the perfect medium rose color. While I know there are a lot of rosey pink lipsticks out there, I am quite picky. Gem of Roses had the perfect formula, color and name.
Hot Gossip is a cremesheen and I would describe it to be in the "warm rose" spectrum.
While it is not an exact duplicate to Gem of Roses, it's close enough!

Korres Lip Butter in Quince ; Swatches and Review

From the company:

KEY FEATURES & BENEFITS
A rich buttery lip balm that melts on the lips and offers a shiny, tinted finish, available in 7 different shades.

KEY INGREDIENTS
-Rich butter leaves lips deeply moisturized, supple and kissably soft.
-Formulated with natural oils and extracts to soothe and condition lips.
-Packed with a shiny, juicy pop of color.
-Ideal for dry lips.
-Petrolatum free.

Quince is a medium raspberry pink, and provides a sheer wash of color on my lips while hydrating it.
I love the smell of this lip butter, and since the packaging is plastic and very light, it's easy for me to carry it in my bag and moisturize my lips through out the day.

MAC: Eclair Pro Longwear Paint Pot ; Swatches and Review

This paint pot came with the Baking Beauties collection. You might still be able to find this on Amazon, Ebay or a CCO.
Eclair is a deep brown with micro shimmer. It applies smooth and creamy, just like the painterly paint pot. The pigmentation is rich in color, and because it is "pro long wear" it stays longer than a regular paint pot. I use it as a liner on the bottom/ top lash line, and it creates a soft smokey look.

Tresemme : Salon silk no frizz serum with Argan Oil Review

A couple of months ago, a new skin/ hair care hype brewed around the ingredient "argan oil", used to moisturize dry skin and hair. I have fine hair, and the ends tend to look brittle and dry, sometime even very tangled. My first serum from Tresemme, review link here was running out. While walking in Target, I spot the new Anti frizz serum with Argan oil.
Both serums smell amazing, not too over whelming, but very light. 2 pumps of this product is enough for my hair, which I only apply from the middle to the tips. Then, I brush it out with a comb.

As you can see, Tresemme is my holy grail hair care brand.

Benefit Cosmetics : High Beam ; Review + Swatches

Benefit cosmetics describes this as an " luminescent complexion enhancer"

High beam is a pearly pink with subtle micro shimmer. The consistency is creamy like, and blends like a dream on my cheek bones, brow bones, and my cupids bow. It's a very subtle highlighter, just a couple of dots on the areas of my face makes a huge difference.
The size of the product has lasted quite a while for me, and I still have plenty of product left.
This will always be my staple makeup product!

Lancome : Crème Mousse Confort Face Wash: Review

From the company:
Rich and gentle, this luxurious creamy cleanser delivers a voluptuous foam to melt away makeup, even waterproof, and dissolve impurities. The instantly comforting formula with nourishing Rosehip Oil and soothing Rose de France cleanses skin leaving it soft, supple and satiny-smooth.

Skin looks radiant, feels soft and smooth. Skin is soothed and comforted, with a strengthened moisture barrier to preserve it from dryness.

NON-COMEDOGENIC
DERMATOLOGIST AND OPHTHALMOLOGIST-TESTED FOR SAFETY
Suitable for sensitive skin.

This cleanser is for those who have dry skin and needs a moisturizing face wash. I have dry skin all year round, and over time, found that this cleanser has helped my skin by nourishing it and cleaning it without breaking me out. As soon as I wet my face,  I take the tiniest amount of product. This product spreads out really well, so a little goes a long way. It smells like roses, not too strong, but it's present. Personally, I love the smell.

Revlon Lipgloss: Coral Reef ; Swatches and Review

Revlon is one of my favorite drugstore lip product brand, and this lip gloss is no exception. I love to wear coral colors during the summer time. "Coral reef" is such a pretty name, and perfectly describes this gloss.
The packaging reminds me of department store quality. The gloss itself is pigmented, but not too crazy or bright (as many coral makeup out there is)
